Privacy & Returns Policy
Privacy Statement:
SkyVue Inc., does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise re-transmit any personally identifiable information that we collect online unless we have your permission. Any personally identifiable information you provide to us will be used for your purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers have the right to cancel their orders at any given time, see exception below.
All portrait TV’s are custom built. All orders for portrait TV’s cannot be cancelled.
Returns:
Customer can return item(s) purchased from SKYVUE, if we are notified within a timely fashion. SKYVUE must be notified within 72 hours after receipt of any type of return. A RMA number will need to be issued to customer before any product is returned. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the box. Product has to be in the original packaging, all manuals, accessories, warranty cards have to be included in the return. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to the transaction (both directions). Returns have to be back within 10 days of the delivery date to the customer. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for the return. If the order to be returned was sold during a free shipping sale event, the customer will also reimburse SkyVue for its original shipping cost.
Special order item (s), close out/clearance, and custom made items cannot be returned. All portrait TV’s are custom built and are not returnable.
Any shipping damage or unusable claim must be reported to SKYVUE within 36 hours of receipt of items. This must be accompanied with photos to document the damage.
Refunds will be issued back onto the original credit card used in the transaction. Refunds will be processed in 7-10 business days.

Shipping:
All freight cost are a responsibility of the customer. SKYVUE will use UPS Ground and R & L freight carriers, unless otherwise specified by customer.
International customers will need to contact SKYVUE directly about payment when placing orders. When SkyVue ships their customers’ products, they are insured for full value to protect our customers from the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment. Our email address is: info@skyvue.com
