Sunbrite TV Out of Commission

Our 55 sunbrite veranda outdoor tv got put out of commission by a flying
projectile from our weed wacker. We were disappointed with our picture quality
in the shade, so we looked for a different brand. After researching outdoor tv
picture quality, we end up choosing the 55 worlds brightest shade tv made by
skyvue. 6 months later, we are still blown away with the picture quality of our
new tv. Thank God for weed wackers!

EXCELLENT customer service!

We suffered a lightning surge that knocked out our SkyVue 46" outdoor tv. Got on the phone to tech support and encountered Matt. He was great!! Unlike the other companies I was dealing with concerning my losses due to the lightning surge, SkyVue stepped up and provided EXCELLENT customer service.
Trust me, with what I went though with other companies and utilities I didn't think customer service even existed.Long story, short, Matt provided instructions for shipping which included using original container. Sometime the pros that ship for a living (UPS and FedEx) may move your property but they don't concern themselves with details like ensuring it gets to its destination in one piece.The repaired the TV in less than 1/2 a day. SkyVue knew I was away on vacation and delayed the shipment until I was home to receive it.Just night and day difference between SkyVue's service and those of the other retailers out there.

This is my second skyvue TV went with the 60 so we could upgrade the sound bar and the sound is great i have had three neighbors now looking to get one also. If any one thinks how can I get it sent to me safe have never seen how far you guys go to pack these TVs the truck driver told me he has never seen a company go as far as you do to package the TVs. We had a storm go throw and the TV on stand did not move an inch. This base is the real deal. Next spring as we finish decorating I will be getting another TV keep up the great work!

My new SkyVue 55" is not only solid, weatherproof in the harsh NM wind, sun, dust, insects, and occasional heavy downpour, but it has the CLEAREST picture I've ever seen on a TV. The user interface is easy-to-use, the color options were extensive, and the remote control is intuitive. The built-in Netflix and Internet software are definite pluses. It took me a bit to get the TV to recognize my wireless network, but that issue was easily resolved with a phone call to SkyVue Customer Service. In order to keep it safe from theft, I have chosen to keep it indoors when not in use. The articulating/tilt mount is sturdy and perfect for accessing the back of the unit when mounting/dismounting. I LOVE this TV and will recommend it to many people!

Our 49", Satin white Smart TV blends in well with its surrounding and look like a piece of Artwork. We are very pleased with this purchase for our newly built screened porch.

I have had my 50 inch for a year and a half now. I use it all through the winter as we sit in the spa and watch TV. I was a bit concerned about the temps falling and was just told it would withstand 24 below 0. Picture is amazing. Could not ask for more. Hope it last for years to come.

However, because of recovering from surgery, delay in getting cable line to my back porch...well, I finally got up and going last night, 8/23/20. And, to say my wife and I are more than pleased with the quality of picture is an understatement. We sat on the porch until midnight watching anything. Wonderful product, wonderful purchase. This is the first testimonial I have ever felt strongly enough to send to a company. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Customer Service Dept, also. I have had several interactions with Matt Meadows, and honestly believe this is the best customer service I have ever received from a company. Thank you, SkyVue.
